GTA ink's warranty is one of the best in the industry.

All remanufactured ink based cartridges offered by GTA ink come with a 30 day warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship. The ink cartridges we offer have been rebuilt or remanufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer). GTA ink will replace any of the defective cartridges or refund the full purchase price of any of our cartridges found to be defective. GTA ink requires 75% capacity remaining in the cartridge.

All compatible replacement cartridges (which replace the OEM brand) come with a 180 day warranty from the date of purchase. GTA ink will replace or refund the full purchase price within the 180 day warranty period. GTA ink requires 75% capacity remaining in the cartridge.

All OEM ink cartridges come with a 30 day warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship. The ink cartridges are made by the original equipment manufacturer. GTA ink will replace or refund the full purchase price of any of our OEM ink cartidges found to be defective. GTA ink requires all OEM ink cartridges to have 75% capacity remaining and be returned in OEM packaging.

Incorrectly ordered products or products for a machine that no longer operates are only returnable if the original packaging is unopened and in resalable condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your ink purchase please return within 30 days under the following condtions:

• Ink cartridge must have at least 75% capacity remaining

TONER CARTRIDGES:

All GTA inks toners performance levels meet or exceed original standards. Any toner found, within 8 days of purchase, to be defective will be replaced at no cost to you.
GTA ink guarantees that your toner, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to its designated printer. This will be confirmed by inspection and approval. Any claim of a toner causing printer damage must be verified with satisfactory evidence that it was responsible for any damage or failure. Any such claim must include a written statement on letterhead from a service provider, and be signed by an authorized representative from that company. Upon satisfactory verification by GTA ink the service cost will be reimbursed. This warranty will become null and void if the toner in question is disassembled in any way, or if the cartridge is handled, stored or used in any manner considered abnormal. GTA inks liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist.
