Policy of exchange product from GTA Ink:

Our policy is to provide you our customer with a 100% guarantee on all of our products sold. 1-on-1 exchange provided based on the following guidelines:

Products which can be exchanged:

1. Opened but not printing or printings not clear or blurry
2. Opened but damaged or unmatched model
3. Printing but failed
4. Opened and tested but results are unacceptable

Products which cannot be exchanged:

1. Used up over 25% of toner or ink. All of our toner and ink cartridges are coded by weight and this is used as evidence.
2. Product physically damaged

In the event it is determined that the product sold has failed for some reason, we will replace the defective product immediately.
